Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange, except as required by law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • They must be in the original, unopened packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Please do not send items back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed directly with BabyDashNow™.


Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened packs of diapers, wipes, formula, bottles, or pacifiers
  • Perishable goods (snacks, drinks, or food items)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • An item is returned not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
  • Returns are requested after 30 days (case-by-case review).

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • You will be informed whether your refund is approved or declined.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting may take time).
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary).

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
  • Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us:

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
  • Once your return is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
  • If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go directly to the original purchaser.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted.
  • For higher-value items, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
    We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
