By accessing or placing an order through our website (https://babydashnow.com), WhatsApp, or any of our supported platforms, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Service Overview

BabyDashNow™ provides on-demand delivery of baby essentials (diapers, formula, wipes, bottles, etc.) within Stamford, CT.

Operating hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 7 days a week
No minimum order required
Deliveries are handled by BabyDashNow™ drivers or trusted partners

3. Orders & Payments

Orders must be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or approved ordering platforms.
Payment is required at checkout unless otherwise arranged.

We accept:

Cash
Venmo
PayPal
Credit/Debit cards (processed securely via Square)

All orders include a 6.35% Connecticut Sales Tax, as required by law.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
If an item is unavailable, we may:
- Offer a suitable substitution, or
- Provide a full refund.
Promotional offers (e.g., $1 Delivery) are valid for a limited time and may be discontinued without prior notice.

We strive to deliver as quickly as possible (typically within ~30 minutes), but delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or product availability.
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. BabyDashNow™ is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you are unavailable to receive your order, we may attempt to contact you. Failed deliveries may still incur delivery charges.
