By accessing our website (https://babydashnow.com), placing an order through our website, WhatsApp, or any supported platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Service Overview

BabyDashNow™ provides on-demand and scheduled delivery of baby essentials, including but not limited to diapers, wipes, formula, bottles, and related products, within Stamford, Connecticut.

• Operating hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 7 days per week (holiday hours may vary)
• No minimum order required
• Deliveries are fulfilled by BabyDashNow™ drivers or approved service partners

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders must be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or approved ordering platforms.

Payment is required at checkout unless otherwise explicitly arranged.

We accept:

• Cash
• Venmo
• PayPal
• Credit/Debit cards (processed securely via approved payment processors such as Square, Stripe, or PayPal)

BabyDashNow™ does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

All orders are subject to 6.35% Connecticut Sales Tax, as required by law.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

In the event an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may:

• Offer a comparable substitution, or
• Provide a refund for the unavailable item.

Promotional offers (including delivery discounts) are time-limited and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

5. Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver as quickly as possible (typically within approximately 30–60 minutes after order confirmation). However, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

• Weather conditions
• Product availability
• Building access limitations
• High demand

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. BabyDashNow™ is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery information.

If a customer is unavailable at delivery:

• We may attempt contact via phone or text.
• Delivery fees may still apply if the order cannot be completed due to customer unavailability.
