At BabyDashNow™, your family’s privacy and trust mean everything to us. We’re parents too — so we treat your information with the same care we’d want for our own home. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

1. What We Collect

We collect only what we need to deliver your order quickly and safely:

  • Contact & delivery details: name, phone number, delivery address.
  • Order details: items you add to cart or purchase (diapers, wipes, formula, etc.).
  • Payment details: processed securely by Square®, Stripe®, or PayPal®. BabyDashNow™ does not store full card numbers.
  • Basic device & usage info: pages viewed, time of visit, and approximate location needed to verify delivery eligibility.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

  • Prepare and deliver your BabyDashNow™ order in Stamford, CT.
  • Communicate about your delivery window, substitutions, or support.
  • Improve our local service (inventory planning, product availability, website reliability).
  • Comply with law (taxes, fraud prevention, record-keeping).

3. About Health-Related Information

Some purchases may suggest baby or family needs (like formula or diapers). We treat that info with extra care:

  • We do not collect medical charts, diagnoses, or prescriptions.
  • We do not sell or rent your health-related information or purchase history.

  • Access controls: order data is restricted to authorized BabyDashNow™ staff only.
  • Limited retention: we keep records only as long as needed for operations and legal obligations.

We share information only as needed to run BabyDashNow™:

You can request to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time:

BabyDashNow™ serves parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we’ll remove it promptly.
