Media

Delivery Timing

We aim to deliver quickly, typically within 30–60 minutes after order confirmation. Actual times can vary with demand, traffic, weather, building access, or product availability. You’ll receive text updates before arrival.

If we’re running behind: we’ll notify you promptly and offer options (continue, reschedule, or cancel for a refund of delivery fees).

Substitutions & Availability

If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you with a similar, parent-approved substitution or a full refund for that item—your choice.
